Online Pilates Classes

Online classes continue. The ongoing advantages of travel time saved and the comfort of attending the class in your own home are enjoyed by all. Classes last 45 minutes and the classes start and end on time. Each participant is observed during the course of the class and feedback is given. A consultation and assessment is necessary to establish your health and ability before you can join a class.

In today’s speedy world, stress can become a habit as well as a reality. This hugely enjoyable and refreshing class offers training in MTM – Movement Through Mindfulness, giving participants a unique combination of skills to apply to everyday living.

  • Thought Pattern Control: Enhance mental health and well-being
  • Stretches: Promote relaxation and relieve tension in key areas of your body.
  • Acupressure Points: Utilise acupressure to alleviate stress, discomfort, and tension.

MTM is an aid to stimulate natural healing and promote well-being. Regular practice of the techniques is recommended.
